I was referred to Smile Concepts by a family member. I traveled from Indiana to Scottsdale and it was worth every penny!! Dr Rouhani is so informative and so gentle and caring. Best dental experience of my life and I'm 60! I had 2 extractions and after the numbness wore off I had very very minimal to no pain, he's that good! I'm having a 4 unit bridge done on my front teeth and so far the temps are beautiful and I'm looking forward to the final product. I highly recommend this dental office if you want quality caring dental care

The most detailed, caring and best dentist I ever had. I was nervous in selecting a new dentist after moving to AZ. After my first visit, I knew Dr Rouhani was the best. He is conservative in his treatment and does excellent cosmetic and restorative work, over 20+ years of experience. The staff is amazing as well

Dr Rouhani and his staff are simply incredible. He takes extreme care to make sure I'm comfortable no matter the procedure, on top of that, they keep the environment fun and - dare I say - even entertaining! I know, a 'fun and entertaining dentist'?!? but truly, it really is a lighthearted and welcoming place. I couldn't recommend them more. I am from out of town and had a tooth crack on me. I receive a recommendation from a family member to reach out to Smile Concepts. They quickly returned an email I had sent by calling me and set up an appointment the next day. They diagnosed the problem and gave me options. I had them prepare the tooth for a crown which will be available and installed by them within two week. The doctor and staff worked to fit me into their schedule. It was a most enjoyable and fun experience with their continued work to make me comfortable. Great dentists visit!!! And highly recommended!!

Going to the dentist is actually relaxing at this practice. The care and concern is individualized and Dr Rouhani is superb in his skill and problem solving. It’s more like family.

I have ben going to Smile Concepts for several years and every visit has been excellent. The front desk team , the hygienist always greeting with a smile and ready to help. DDS Robert Rouhani is awesome, and knowledgeable, friendly, ready to listen and correct my dental issues. In addition, he gives me plenty of suggestions on how to keep up with my dental hygiene. My family comes to this office. I would recommend it to everyone.
